Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective: 4 September 2026Brand: REFYNE Performance

This policy explains how REFYNE Performance handles personal information when you visit the website, request a free private assessment, communicate with us, or enrol in the CFT Method — Corporate Fatloss Transformation Method.

1. Who We Are

REFYNE Performance provides private, personalised fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and performance coaching for busy Indian professionals and business owners. The website is available at https://melodious-daifuku-b0fea4.netlify.app. The legal provider for any paid engagement will be identified in the written enrolment confirmation supplied before payment.

2. Information We Collect — And Why

We collect information that is reasonably needed to respond to you, assess suitability, deliver coaching, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. This may include:

  • Contact and identity data: name, email address, phone number, city or country, age range, and preferred contact method.
  • Assessment and booking data: appointment details, professional or business schedule, goals, current challenges, travel demands, and information you include in an application or booking form.
  • Coaching and lifestyle data: weight history, waist measurements, progress photographs, movement videos, training records, nutrition records, sleep patterns, check-in responses, adherence information, and blood-work reports or relevant health context you submit for coaching review.
  • Communications: email, WhatsApp messages, call notes, support requests, feedback, and records needed to deliver or document the coaching relationship.
  • Transaction records: invoices, payment status, amount, date, and related accounting records. We do not intentionally store complete card or bank credentials.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, referring URL, pages visited, approximate location, timestamps, security events, and cookie or analytics identifiers where enabled.

We use this information to take steps requested by you before enrolment, perform our coaching agreement, operate our legitimate business, comply with law, protect our systems, and—where required—act with your consent.

3. Contact Forms and the Booking Flow

The current booking flow begins with a free private assessment. No payment is required to request or attend that assessment. When you submit a form or contact us to book, we use the information to reply, schedule the meeting, prepare your personal 90-day CFT direction, assess whether the service is suitable, and—only if you choose to enrol—support onboarding.

Submitting an assessment request does not require you to purchase coaching. We do not sell or trade form submissions.

4. Coaching Data, Media and Testimonials

If you become a client, programme setup requires the onboarding form, requested progress photographs and movement videos, and the agreed blood-work reports. Avoid including unnecessary location metadata or information about other people. These materials are used to design, deliver and review your plan. Blood-work information is used for coaching context only and not for medical diagnosis or treatment.

We will not publish your testimonial, messages, progress photographs, or transformation story for marketing without permission. If permission is granted, the agreed material may be displayed on our website or approved marketing channels. You may contact us to discuss future use, subject to material already lawfully published or committed to an active campaign.

This website does not currently offer public comments or user profiles. If those features are introduced, this policy will be updated before they are used to collect additional information.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We may use essential cookies for security and site operation, preference cookies to remember choices, and analytics or advertising cookies to understand visits and measure campaigns. Non-essential cookies will be used subject to applicable consent requirements.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser. Some embedded or third-party features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled. We do not currently use account-login, article-editing, or public-comment cookies on this website.

6. Embedded Content and Third-Party Services

Pages may contain testimonial videos, a booking tool, maps, or links supplied by other services. Interacting with embedded content may allow that provider to collect usage data, set cookies, or monitor the interaction as though you visited its website directly. Its own terms and privacy policy apply.

7. Analytics and Advertising

We may use analytics to understand site performance and which content is useful. We may also advertise through platforms such as Meta or Google. Those providers may process device, referral, or interaction data under their own privacy policies. Analytics and advertising settings will be configured according to applicable consent requirements.

8. Who We Share Information With

We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers supporting the requested service, such as:

  • booking, calendar, video-meeting, email, and messaging providers;
  • website hosting, analytics, security, form, and advertising providers;
  • coaching, file-storage, progress-tracking, and administrative tools used to deliver the CFT Method;
  • accounting, legal, compliance, or payment-service providers used after enrolment; and
  • government, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities when disclosure is legally required.

We do not sell personal information. We do not name an unconfirmed booking or payment provider in this policy.

9. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may store or process information outside your state or country. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards designed to protect information in line with applicable law.

10. How Long We Retain Information

Assessment enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, maintain business records, or meet legal requirements. Client records are generally retained for the coaching engagement and for any additional period required for accounting, legal, dispute-resolution, safety, or compliance purposes. Marketing consent records may be retained while the permission is active and as needed to document that permission.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise, or securely archive it.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information, or withdraw consent for future processing. These rights may be limited where information must be retained for legal, financial, administrative, safety, or security reasons.

Easiest path: email us.

Write to getfitwithratan@gmail.com from the address we have on file. Please explain the request clearly so we can verify your identity and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

12. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, organisational, and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. Access is limited to people who need it to deliver or support the service. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data breach procedures

If we identify a breach affecting personal information, we will investigate, limit further exposure, and notify affected people or authorities where required by applicable law.

13. Automated Decision-Making and Third-Party Data

We do not use automated decision-making or algorithmic profiling to make material coaching or enrolment decisions. Coaching decisions are made by people using information you choose to share.

If you arrive through an advertisement, social network, or another referral source, we may receive standard campaign or referral information. We do not purchase personal information from data brokers.

14. Children’s Privacy

The website and CFT Method are directed to adults and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the booking flow. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, service providers, law, or our practices. The effective date at the top will be updated when a revised policy is published. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate channel.

16. Privacy Contact

For a privacy question, rights request, or correction, contact getfitwithratan@gmail.com. If postal correspondence is required, request the current service address by email.
